Right of Withdrawal

 

1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:

   According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

 

2. Custom-Made Products:

    Our digital content (MusicCovers) is custom-made according to the specifications and desires of our          customers. As these contents are tailored specifically to your personal requirements, they are excluded from exchange and return.

 

3. Quality Guarantee:

   We guarantee that all digital content is created with care and to the highest quality standards. Should there be any technical issues or defects with the delivered content, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
